RE: CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

The House of Umoja 2008 Collard Green Festival Committee would like to advise all participating vendors that on ‘Family Oriented” wares or merchandise to be displayed or sold at this event. Vendors who present merchandise that contains profanity or obscene messages, pictures or language, will be asked to leave the park and forfeit their vendor’s fee. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter and look forward to a safe, exciting and prosperous day in which we can all take pride.
All vendors must provide their own tables and/or means of display. In addition, vendors agree to assume all liability and. responsibility during set-up, operation, and break down of their area, (House of UMOJA Inc.) will not be responsible for any property damage or personal injury before, during or after any event connected to the Festival.
In addition, all vendors, where applicable, must be properly licensed by the City of Philadelphia. It is the responsibility of each vendor to have the appropriate licenses and permits.
